Each year, the employer provides an opportunity for all Agriculture Union members to have their say – good and bad – about workplace issues.
Clearly, many federal government workers see little benefit to submitting the Survey form. However, we beg to differ. It’s a once-a-year opportunity to send a clear message to the employer.
It’s also important to realize that the Survey’s results are shared with your union. That gives us a powerful tool to advocate for your workplace rights and cooperate with the employer to act on your concerns.
Faced with the low return rate, the deadline for completion of the 2017 Employee Survey has been extended until March 24.
We urge all members to submit the survey in order to ensure their voices are heard!
