Due to the ongoing concerns regarding the handling of harassment and violence complaints, please be advised that in order to assure compliance with Regulation XX of the COHSR, the Agriculture Union is requesting that local representatives consult with their RVPs to help determine if the person chosen to investigate a complaint meets all of the criteria necessary to be considered a competent person. Before the approval of a competent person takes place, RVPs will confirm with National Office that the appropriate Policy Committee is informed of the pending investigation.
